Peter Pan has been nominated for a BAFTA for Best Picture.
The film won Best Original Screenplay, Best Director, Best Screenplay and Best Cinematography.
It’s the first time the award has been handed out for a musical film.
Here are five things you should know about this year’s Oscar nominations:1.
What is the BAFTA?
The BAFTA is the international body that oversees the best of British film.
It awards the Best Picture and Best Director Oscars to British filmmakers.
It is a non-political body that only awards awards the best films to British directors.
The Oscars are not recognised by the Government and are not given to any individual.2.
What did you make of the nominations?
It’s been a tough year for British cinema.
The BAFTA nominations were a bit of a surprise.
I’d been expecting the nominations for the Oscars to be fairly predictable and, even though I’d already heard that they were for the Best Foreign Language Film, I’d wondered whether the BFI would award a Best Film and Best Picture nomination to a British director.
And then there was the controversy surrounding the nominations of two films.
The nominations are not a formality and the BFA do not decide what the winners are.
The only way to know for sure is to look at what has already been nominated.
The films were nominated and that’s how we knew they were going to win.3.
Who was nominated?
Peter Pan was nominated for the BAFTAs best foreign language film and best foreign film, foreign director, foreign language, and best cinematography categories.
It also won Best Director.
The British film is also nominated for Best Soundtrack, Best Adapted Screenplay (David Fincher), Best Visual Effects, Best Sound Editing (Steven Spielberg), and Best Screenwriting (Bruno Heller).4.
Is this the first nomination for a Peter Pan movie?
The last time the BafTAs Best Foreign Documentary award was given out in the same year was in 2000.
That was when The Theory of Everything was nominated.
But in that year, The Theory Of Everything was also nominated.
The other nominations this year for Peter Pan include The Last Picture Show, The Last Kiss, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, The Prince of Egypt, The Lion King and The Lord of the Rings.5.
What are the chances that Peter Pan will win?
The odds are against Peter Pan.
The Oscar nominations are an indication of the strength of a film, but there is no guarantee that a film will win.
The last time that a British film won the Best Director Oscar was for The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance in 2003.
The next time it will win it is probably going to be for The Dark Knight Rises.
